Welcome to CasePilote! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CasePilote ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), owned and operated by Redmerit LLC, located at 7875 Woodland Dr. Dittmer, MO 63023.

By creating an account or using CasePilote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use CasePilote, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use CasePilote only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Use the platform to store or transmit malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or copy the software or its code.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations in your use of the Service.

3. Subscription and Payment

Use of CasePilote may require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees as stated at the time of your order. We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice.

All subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of any data you input into CasePilote ("Customer Data"). We do not sell your data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the platform.

5. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and we may delete your data after a grace period.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the platform (excluding your data) is owned by CasePilote or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use our branding or software outside of what's allowed by your license.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

CasePilote is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CasePilote and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll provide notice via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jefferson County, Missouri.
